Meet your Guardian Angel Everyone has their own personal Guardian Angel.

You can try to visualise your own Guardian Angel by carrying out the following 5 steps.

1. Relax, light a candle and burn some incense

2. Sit with your eyes closed and imagine a long ladder reaching up to the sky.

3. Ask to see your Angel, as you do, imagine one coming down the ladder.

4. Imagine your Angel in as much detail as possible. Feel the angelic power flowing around you.

4. Thank your Angel for its visit. It will fade away when it has blessed you.It is quite common for you to be unable to see your Guardian Angel straight away, if this is the case, continue with the

5 steps at another time.Your Angel Altar An angel altar can be used if you, or someone you know, is in need of angelic protection orhealing.

Always remember, never perform a spell on or for anyone without their prior permission, even if you only have their best interests at heart, you must still ask permission first.

1. Cast a circle of salt on your altar.

2. Inside the circle, place a white candle, frankincense incense along with a photograph of yourself or the person needing protecting or healing.

3. Light the candle and the incense.

4. Recite the Angelic Invocation below, while touching the photograph at the corresponding part of the body needing healing.

For example, healing needed for the head area, touch the head on the photograph etc. For all over general healing and/or protection, put your whole hand over the picture. 4. Leave the altar untouched for 24 hours(making sure you snuff out the candle!)5. After this time, remove the circle of salt, by gathering it and then sprinkle it over the earth outside.(for those without a garden, you can sprinkle the salt over the soil in a pot plant)For more serious situations, leave the altar for 48 hours, repeating the invocation after 24 hours has lapsed.
